Cosmelan® is a medical-grade depigmentation treatment designed to significantly reduce hyperpigmentation, balance uneven skin tone, refine pores, and improve overall skin texture.

It’s ideal for clients with melasma, sun damage, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or stubborn dark spots. Cosmelan® works at the source of pigment production for long-lasting results and a brighter, healthier complexion.

Cosmelan® inhibits the activity of tyrosinase—an enzyme responsible for melanin production. By targeting this process, it prevents new pigmentation from forming and gradually reduces existing pigmentation.

Unlike standard depigmentation treatments, Cosmelan® contains exclusive, patented ingredients that make it more effective for deep, stubborn pigmentation issues.

Preparation Phase (4 Weeks – Home Routine)
You'll follow a homecare routine with Mesoestetic Brightening Foam, Age Element Brightening Concentrate, Melan Tran3x Gel Cream, and Mesoprotech Melan 130+ SPF to prep your skin for the in-clinic peel.

In-Clinic Cosmelan® Treatment
The peel is applied and worn for 8 hours. Expect redness, dryness, and peeling over the next few weeks. A soothing mask is provided to use overnight.

Post-Treatment Care & Maintenance
Begin Cosmelan 2 cream after your 7-day follow-up. Apply 3x/day for 4 weeks, 2x/day for 4 weeks, then once daily at night until the 6-month mark.

Ongoing Monitoring
You’ll receive monthly virtual check-ins for support, progress tracking, and skincare adjustments.

Sun protection is essential throughout your programme. SPF is provided, but you should also wear hats and avoid direct sun exposure.

Skin may appear 2–3 shades lighter temporarily. This will normalise within 3 months to reveal a radiant, even complexion.

No other treatments (peels, microneedling, lasers, etc.) are permitted during this programme due to the active nature of Cosmelan 2.

Commitment is key—results are fast and effective, but only with consistent use and aftercare.

Cosmelan® is suitable for all skin tones and types, including deeper Fitzpatrick types. A consultation is required to ensure it's right for you.
